BROKER COOPERATION

No one broker can possibly know every buyer and tenant in the area.  That is why sharing property information with the brokerage community is so important in marketing your property.  We do not keep "pocket listings" and we welcome cooperation with other brokers to expedite the sale or lease of your property.


SIGNAGE

Our sleek 4' x 5' wood "Available" signs are eye-catching and are placed street-side where possible.  In addition, we place vinyl signs in the window of the property and/or place small signs in the ground near the entrance to the property.  Rooftop signs are utilized as necessary.  (Irvine Sign)


BROCHURES

Brochures will be printed stressing the important and unique selling points of your building.


MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICES

Unlike residential real estate, there is not one common commercial property database with a complete listing of all property inventory.  In order to give your property the most exposure possible, we will include your property in several prominent property databases, such as AIR, Costar, ILS, LoopNet, The Smith Guide and Property Line.  Listing your property in all of these databases ensures the brokerage community will see your property.


INTERNET/E-MAIL

Most of the multiple listing services described above are available online for any potential buyer or tenant to see. We also post property updates on Twitter (http://www.Twitter.com/BrianDaltonCRE) as well as slide shows and/or videos on our YouTube channel (http://www.YouTube.com/PRPropertiesInc).  In addition, marketing materials are sent to brokers and prospective buyers and tenants via e-mail.


ZONE MAILING 

We are the exclusive commercial brokerage represented in No Soliciting (No Soliciting #2), a direct-mail marketing company, in the cities of Anaheim, Brea, Buena Park, Cypress, Fullerton, La Habra, Los Alamitos, Orange, Placentia, and Yorba Linda.  These mailings are delivered to approximately 4,000-5,000 businesses each month.
